Listing Correction Policy

An owner, officer or authorised representative of the business may claim a listing or request a correction. We may ask for verification such as an email address at the business domain or a licence number.

We correct names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, categories and licence details, and we publish an owner-supplied description on request.

We do not publish ratings, reviews, opening hours or marketing claims that we cannot source from public records or from the business owner directly.

Every request is reviewed by an editor before publication. Approved changes are recorded in the listing's internal change history along with the source of the change.

Where a correction conflicts with authoritative City of Boca Raton licence data, the City record is retained and the difference is noted for review.

Most requests are reviewed within a few business days. Complex or disputed cases may take longer.
