A Universal Conditional amendment to the Future Land Use map of the Comprehensive Plan, from Recreation and open space (PR) to Residential high (RH), and rezoning from Recreation (REC) to Multi-family residential (R-5) for a 1.1-acre section of the Boca Raton Resort and Club property. The submittal also includes a site plan application for the redevelopment of a 1.1-acre portion of the property, which currently contains a golf course maintenance building. The existing maintenance building will be replaced by a new residential development featuring 76 units within a 100-foot tall, eight-story structure that will also include an underground parking facility. Furthermore, the application proposes to amend a previously approved master plan for the Planned Unit Development. (PUD).
