Request for an Administrative Individual Development Approval (AIDA) on approximately 0.77-acres, to demolish the existing 1-story, 2,428 square foot convenience store, 3,149 square foot fuel dispenser and 1,371 square foot vacuum canopies, and authorize the construction of: (i) a new 2,933 square foot, 2-story building, approximately twenty (20) feet in height; consisting of a 2,001 square foot convenience store on the ground floor and a 932 square foot office on the second floor, (ii) a 1,959 square foot car wash with equipment room, (iii) reduction in the number of fuel dispensers from twelve (12) to eight (8) with a new canopy, and (iv) remove and relocate the existing underground fuel tanks, and other site improvements.
